We really appreciate how well the process was organized - from Diane coming to our house to measure and to help with choosing which carpet to go with, to spending the day with your installation crew. I really enjoyed doing business with this company. Nielson's went out of their way to match my existing pergo floor even though they don't sell pergo. I only had a small window of time to have the pergo and carpet installed before my guests came for the holidays. But it all happened without a hitch and looks wonderful. I will continue my flooring projects with Nielson's without any hesitation. Thank YOU Nielson!!!!!

We worked with Nielson Fine Floors to replace carpet in four of our bedrooms and they were excellent and easy to work with! We had an issue early on with some of the floor dimensions, and they made sure we were taken care of. My husband and I were extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and care for their customers to go above and beyond. So happy we went with people who were honest and stood behind their work.

enough for what a fine job they did in laying our new carpets. From start to finish it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Very personable, right down to the actual installation.

We had Nielson Fine Floors install waterproof flooring in our two bedrooms. The experience was top notch from start to finish. They were very accommodating in helping pick out the perfect match for our floors. The installation team was very professional and very skilled. It was very comfortable having them in our home.
