This place is amazing I spent all night and morning looking for a lock smith who could give me a flat rate none of them could they all said they start at a funky price… joe came out told me that my key wasn’t even engraved engraved my key and unlocked my door for a fair and set price he save me hundreds of dollars… they are amazing please if you even need help they are the people to contact job was done in less than 5 minutes…

We needed someone to handle a same-day repair of a lock on our sliding door before a guest arrived at our vacation rental property that evening. These folks responded right away, had me send some pictures of what needed to be done, and had a technician out in short order before noon. When customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I was so happy that they came out on time, did what I requested, offered two types of locks in the interest of helping me save money, and worked clean. He showed me how not secure my old lock was, and gave us extra, "custom design" keys," that had their name on them, so I could remember who did the work. Pretty cool.

So impressed! The entire experience, from booking the house call, their confirmation, and an on-time arrival with mask! Isaac is the best and we had 8 doors in a variety of needs, re-keying, installation, keypads, making sure they are easy to open, and so much more.

A+++ a great experience with this locksmith. I was having issues with a door and spoke to Janel several days before the actual appointment. She asked me to text photos of the lock in question just so that they would be prepared as I told them I needed it fixed same day. The morning of my appointment, I was given a courtesy call while B OK was on their way, a super nice young man named Isaac. He fixed my lock in no time flat and explained the problem as to why the lock hadn’t been catching. After a few days of looking for our last key to our vehicle, we decided to call B-OK Locksmith to find out what the process would take to get a new key made without a key to copy from. The lady who answered the call was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process.
We had a technician sent to us same day (within hours) who had keys ready for us within the hour of showing up. Joe was VERY professional and kind to my whole family. He even showed my kids, from a distance, how a lock works as they were all very curious.

Left them a message to contact me on Yelp. Heard back in 2 minutes. Immediately was able to schedule service at my convenience.
Locksmith called me when he was 20 minutes away. The guy was super nice, thorough and made sure that all 6 locks worked perfectly.
Price was MUCH less than I expected. I feel like I got world class service and great value.
