I called a day before payment was withdrawal from my account so I can start my process a little later do to personal reasons and finances. The guy that answered the phone told me he would take care of the situation. I wake up the next day they charged my account, when I called to rectify the situation I was placed on hold for thirty to forty-five minutes and they hang up the phone. Expecting them to honor my refund I gave them seven business days and no refund. I contact them during normal business hours and no one was available ironically. Every other time I've called I received someone immediately

Used home loans and at first they were pretty good. However after awhile they would give me no updates. When I called to see what was happening I got the same remarks as if it was a cookie cutter response.
Finally when it felt like I was getting nothing for my money I decided to quit. I was promised immediate communication and results And to give it 3 months.
Shockingly after 3 months I saw nothing and didn’t even get a call.
Overall I would look elsewhere as the results and the way they treat you is very lacking.

We initially started working with this company from the advise of a mortgage broker we were working with when trying to buy a house. They may have sent some letters, but never advised us what to pay off and what to do. As far as we're concerned, they didn't do anything. We went with a different mortgage company that told us exactly what to pay off to get our numbers up where they needed. SIX months later and we still cannot get them to cancel our service. It's $99 a month for nothing. AND we can't get them to cancel our service.

They promised to fix my credit and instead they rob me. They profit by praying on the poor. They told me if I paid a $29 set up fee and $99 for the first month they would send a letter to the creditors and dispute a mark on my credit. if it didn't work we could take other steps steps for $99 per month or cancel. They sent a letter, that I could have sent for free! After a few weeks it was rejected and I realized they ripped me off and decided not to continue with the service. It's been 8 months and I just discovered that they have been charging $99 per month and they have done nothing

Please Stay away from these people, they will start to take money out of your account without telling you. they keep telling you that they will have updates on your account in a few months and you keep paying them and they keep telling you they are waiting for responses, meanwhile you could have done this your self or just paid off what you owed to creditors then waste money to these crooks. If you dont believe me you are more then welcome to contact me here and we can setup a call and go over everything what they promised and how you will get scammed.

These guys are liars, crooks, and thieves. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They did absolutely NOTHING then REFUSED to stop bulling me $99 every month! Then when I threatened legal action, rather than just crediting back my card, they said they'll mail a freaking check. These guys will do NOTHING for your credit. My credit actually went DOWN when I used them.

I, too was referred to HLA by the lender of Highland Homes in Cross Creek Ranch. I began working with HLA in April 2016. Every few weeks I would call them to get an update or learn something new and I found that the reps weren't consistent with the words. They were inconsistent with the investigation statuses, dates investigations were sent out, etc. It was downright frustrating. After 3 months, I cancelled. Ty Sauceda was so very kind and helpful! We don't know where Home Loans Assit gets their people, but everyone we've spoken with there has been helpful and patient. When it comes to repairing one's credit rating that is so important as we've had lots of questions during this process and so far everyone has been great. Ok let me begin by saying I have been working on my credit for years! I have paid other people/companies to assist me in this process and have been unsuccessful. I was referred to this company from a local loan officer in California after I explained to him what my scores were.
