I have had two AC systems with EDS over the past 15 years and chose the company for its excellent service reputation. I had an issue with my 3 year old system and they came over the same day sent two teams to replace a major component. They did an excellent job. Austin, Eric and their assistants worked hard to correct the issues and replace the… deffective component. Austin finished at 9PM and made certain everything worked well. I am very impressed and recommend Ed Sassos EDS’ company to anyone. It was over 90 degrees in the last couple couple of days, it would have been hell without

This company installed a new system in to our new house prior to our purchase. We continued with them as we felt they would continue to offer good quality service. And they have. I had purchased an A/C from EDS. It was time for my A/C 6-month check-up and I noticed the UV unit that EDS installed at last check-up had partially pulled away from the condenser.
Ray Dumas, my Service Tech. He called me at 8:20am to tell me he would arrive by 9:00. At 8:40 he called because traffic was backed up due to the torrential thunderstorm. He called again when traffic began to flow normally.
When he arrived, he showed me how clogged my run-off line was. He gave me 'the formula' for preventing this from occurring again.
Then Ray not only cleaned my A/C, checked it was

EDS technician took time before he arrived to see if I can solve the problem myself before arriving. He was courteous and very good with troubleshooting. Unfortunately, it ended up being my break switch that was worn out and I was able to get a replacement and fix it myself. Technician tried to get it from the EDS but was unable to and was very helpful in describing how I can get it from Home Depot. Overall, great experience and will definitely recommend EDS to anyone who has issues with their AC.

Customer Beware! What a rude, disappointing and unprofessional company. We used them for the first time in November because we had an air conditioning problem in a newly purchased condo. A tech came over thought he fixed it. However, it wasn't fixed so EDS sent someone else to our house and the problem was solved. We paid at time of service for both calls AND we paid for a yearly plan of service. Later we called and asked for a refund for one service call since the first tech had misdiagnosed the problem. They obliged.

E.D.S. was only company that finally offered us suggestions and followed up with a solution to our HOT part of house. Sean Caplan was phenomenal and took his time and sent us several quotes/options. His crew was at our home well after 9:00pm first day and back again, bright and early, next day to finish job. Job consisted of some new duct work, new returns, new vents, new system inside/out. HIGHLY recommend E.D.S. for your a/c needs!

Well can I start off with the personnel in the office, the girls that pick up the phone as first contact are always cheerful and happy to assist, I believe there names are Vanessa and Colleen, the manager Chris Payne seems to know great team building skills and how to keep a good relationship with his employees and the customers. EDS broke the fire sprinklers in the condo unit above ours in the process of installing an ac unit, flooding both units in the process and displacing our tenant (including his wife and young child) over the holidays.
They made a lot of statements about how they were going to stand by their obligations to make it right, but did not follow through. For example, while they understood they displaced our tenant and his family, they stopped coordinating and paying for the family's hotel room while
