First of all let me say this, Cooling Carolina came highly recommended which my wife and I took as a good sign. I called and talked to the nice man who said they were extremely busy this week but he would call me the following week. He asked what I needed and I told him I needed my ac serviced as well as some duct work repaired that cats had messed up under the house where they had been living. The following week came and went and no call so I called him. The second time I talked to him, I had to remind him who I was and he said, "Oh yeah your the guy that had the cat problem under the house, Sorry

I look for 3 things when choosing someone to work on my home (especially when it comes to my A/C in these brutal Carolina summers).
1. Licensed, Insured and Transparent Business practices.
2. Honest and Fair quoting of prices with top shelf brands and warranty options.
3. Very Very Good at what they do when it comes to skill of their field.
WOW! Thank goodness I found Cooling Carolina. I had made the mistake of calling some "big name" guys around town and was floored by the prices they were quoting and the "o well that is your only option" attitude. I just felt like I was a number and a dollar
