We have free exams* available as well as a special offer for two pairs of classes at the price of $59 or $69. This place is Wonderful can’t meet a more friendly caring get the best price place then EyeCare Express. Sara she’s awesome & MaryAnne is super sweet & nice! It doesn’t matter needing one pair of glasses or more talk to them they can meet ur needs with ur budget. I got 2 pairs of glasses for the price of 1. I like my glasses very much!

My husband and I both decided to use the option BOGO with free eye exam..No insurance was involved. The place was clean, well staffed, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was quiet but took good care of us- No big rush to get the job done.
The price seemed reasonable in the end..

I had a 3 pm appointment, I got in about 10mins early to complete paperwork. Waited only about 8 minutes to get started with the assistant. Everyone was very helpful and the optometrist was very polite and efficient in his task. The front desk help though was second to none. Mary Beth rang me up and helped ensure that I had contacts for our vacation that we are leaving on. I highly recommend coming here both for the price but also the service. Bonus points for the sweet little dogs in the office that like to say hi, but are not obnoxious or all over a person.

I bought two pair of glasses thru EyeCare Express. I specifically told them during the exam and while choosing the frames that I was having difficulty seeing things closeup and had to bend my neck in an excessive angle to read things close that were in front of me. They assured me that would be corrected. I ordered two pair at the time. I received on pair and after 1 day of wearing noticed that these were actually worse than my original pair I was replacing. I called to change the second pair and was told I could not do that. I now have two pair of glasses that are of no use to me.

I recently ran out of contact lenses and went to Eyecare Express in Terre Haute to see if I could order more without first scheduling an appointment. The lady working in reception was very helpful and accommodating. I received fast service and she took great pains to ensure that I received what I needed at a reasonable price. She also updated my contact information and offered me trial pairs of lenses to get me through until my new ones arrived--without me even having to ask. It was a wonderful experience! They need to hold on to Stephanie. She's the best!

When I went for my eye exam I waited almost two hours before i was seen. I called because i wanted to order more contacts and I told them I ended up not liking the brand I had previously. My prescription isn't even expired yet but they said i have to do another exam before I can get a different brand. Thats sounds like a money grab to me.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new optical center! From start to finish every single person was HELPFUL, KIND, and PROFESSIONAL. I didn't have an appointment (just walked in) and they very kindly worked me into their schedule. Dr. Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable about my eyes. He explained everything he did step by step. Ivory got my glasses ordered for me and fitted with them once they were finished. The store manager, Mary Beth, was a 10! She wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied and comfortable in my new prescription. I didn't feel rushed and the entire store stayed

I had no idea what I was doing there. Every single person that I talked to, I told them it was my first time ever to see an eye doctor, hoping that they would take things slow and explain what was happening along the way. This is not how things happened. Everyone was friendly, but did their part, then shooed me onto the next person. Before I knew it, we are swiping my card for more than 3X what I expected to pay.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my glasses. I called to inquire on them spoke with a woman named Mary Beth. Told me glasses not done and not to call back. I lost my cool and told her off. I requested to speak to someone in charge she said she was in charge. She has no people skills. So I called back a few minutes later and talked to someone else told her I wanted to speak to a manager. Told this other person what transpired. She told me my glasses would be ready on Fri Jan 22. It is now 3 45 and still no glasses I will be contacting BBB and lodge a complaint. Also think something is going on

I have went to eyecare express twice. This last time was horrible. Not only did the doctor only spend about 5 minutes with me, he forgot to fit me for contacts so I had to go back in. My eyesight got worse. I knew it did but one of the employee's about "poor thing" made me feel worse. I also have anxiety and i made that known, but I felt rushed picking out glasses so I went with what they suggested. Come to find out, the glasses they picked dont fit the lens so they order a thinner pair without telling me and then raise what I owe by 60$. Terrible experience. Will not go here again.

Whatever you do avoid this place !! Worst customer service and rude employees . They 100% guaranteed that we were getting our glasses in 5-7 days . After those 7 days I called them and they say it would take a few more days which is understandable due to Covid. Three weeks later I finally got them ( the reason I waited this long was because they kept refusing to refund me ) . The glasses I got were poor quality and wrong prescription and I am still waiting for the second pair , it's been more than a month . I went back to ask them to give me a refund because I didn't trust them to redo

This has got to be the worst experience in getting glasses of my lifetime. Not only was my prescription wrong after getting an eye exam, they told me my glasses would be ready one day and then they were not open all week for me to pick them up. All the while I'm getting massive migraines due to the fact that my eye exam wasn't done properly and my prescription was incorrect. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Unbelievably the worst experience I've ever had trying to get glasses and contacts. I have never had issues getting a new prescription every 2 years until I came to this business. I can't even list everything that went horribly wrong since my initial visit. 1st pair of glasses fell apart within a week. Repaired twice, they still fell apart. The left lens had been cut too small, so glasses needed to be remade. Mind you, it took 3 trips to get the 1st pair picked up. One time I went to pick them up (after being called and informed me they were ready), there was still pieces of jagged plastic

I called the store before I went in to get price quotes on exactly what I wanted. Went in, picked out frames, sat down with sales associate. She comes up with a price that is way more than what I had figured with the prices I was quoted over the phone. I tell her as much. She says "let me go check the prices". Comes back and says "Oh, yeah we have some specials that we have to tell people about when they call in". Oh, so if I hadn't called prior to coming in you would just automatically not tell me about the specials & charge me a much higher price? She re-figures
