Brenda, and her office manager, Olivia, were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Our needs were not terribly complicated, but they treated us with care, and made sure we understood the process and documents along the way. They were always available for questions, and responded quickly. Plus, they were friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which made things go all the more smoothly, and which we really appreciated!
