Today I went in to pay off my loan July 18th 2019 the loan of $800 all of a sudden went to over $1,000 because of information that the employees did not know and I'm expected to pay for it....they are bald face liars I spoke with them on the phone and these charges were never told to me until I walked in I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the DeKalb county courts today

Updated April 3rd, 2018 - I am editing my review as the owner did personally fix the issue a couple days after the incident happened. He was not there when the incident happened; however, he promptly apologized and fixed the matter. Due to his professionalism and the fact that he reached out to me I will give him 5 stars. It's always great to know that customers are valued and he proved this with his actions. I apologize for forgetting about this review as the bad review could've been removed much sooner.
