Terrible.. Terrible.. Terrible..
They were absolutely the worst shipping company we dealt with ever.
For the first shipment: they picked it up then lost a box in the process. We had to run through a long tedious claim process to get the value back.
For the second shipment: they also lost another box! Of course that lost box was going to a customer who charged us late fees. This is not the worst part. What's worse is that they first admitted losing the box. Then once they found it was a high value item they blamed it on us! And we had to go through very lengthy claim process while suffering
