One of the best decisions we could have made during our wedding planning was to hire Duet. The quality of their work is stunning and the angles and glowy, flattering lighting captured our day perfectly. Their eye for detail is wonderful and unique.

When I first met with Duet like 3 years ago I really clicked with Mike, (the lead photographer’s), chill, calm presence. My husband is an introvert and felt very anxious about taking pictures, I knew Mike was exactly the kind of energy we wanted to spend our wedding day with.
Duet was wonderful to work with and have answered all communication PROMPTLY leading up to and since the wedding. They offer a lot for some of the best prices. We had Duet Wedding as our videographers for our wedding day and they were absolutely amazing. Hanel and Esther were both so professional and kind. They made sure they captured everything we hoped for and showed us sneak peeks as the day progressed. We found Hanel through my husband's coworker and I'm so glad that she recommended Hanel to us. Hanel and his team were such a pleasure to work with - extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and paid such great attention to detail. We confirmed Hanel for both our engagement shoot and on our wedding day and we loved how all the photos and video came out! He was also so understanding and worked with us to reschedule because of covid. I seriously would recommend Hanel to anyone (and we have recommended him to our friends already)!

Duet is now under new management, and I am thrilled that they are being extremely responsive. They are making right on all of the issues we had in the past, which is why I am upgrading my review. I am confident we will have an awesome album and video in the coming weeks. If anything changes, I will update my review and/or share the final outcome of our contract. But again, I am confident we are now in good hands and will have a good outcome :)

My husband and I used Duet photography when we were married in July 2016. I really loved my photos! The photographers and videographer were so professional and blended in well to the wedding. They were never in the way of guest or blocking guest’s view. Shortly after my wedding I selected photos for my album and was so happy with the result!! I never had the free time to complete my mother and mother-in laws albums. Recently, I contacted duet saying I still really wanted those albums and was having trouble accessing all my photos due to computer issues. They have been so accommodating all these

Duet has new management!! I am VERY pleased to say that Hanel honored his word; and within 24 hours he provided a partial refund which was never given to us since last year. I agree with another review that Duet is finally in excellent hands with him as he steers this company in a new direction which places customer service at the TOP of his list! I must state that my daughter’s engagement shoot from last year was done with finesse and showed their love in each picture. Be sure to ask for Hanel who will make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction.

I can't say enough great things about Duet. They were unbelievably accommodating, professional, and reasonably priced. I researched tons of photographers/videographers for both my sister's wedding and my own and did not find anyone who came close to the quality and attention to detail as Duet. The packages that were available really included every single possible thing we could have wanted and more! I am so grateful to have SO many beautiful photos and my video to remember the most amazing day of my life. Thanks again t to everyone at Duet for all of your help and for being so patient
