Being a native of generations in the York County community and my husband a Portsmouth native we feel it is our obligation to inform our community about the horrific experience we had when we went to the accountant Susan Glidden.
The attitude and demeanor we encountered was appalling and unprofessional. from the beginning to the end, she was unnecessarily rude and degraded our intellect. She was not responsive to phone calls, emails or any other means of communication. When questions arose, she became defensive , unapproachable and unavailable. Suzann Glidden is fantastic! She's what you want in an accountant: knowledgeable, informative, helpful, accommodating, assuring, and easy to like. I had what I thought was a major screw up (on my part) with a filing with the IRS. I thought it was the end of the world. She thought it was no big deal, and assured me so. She was right! She was able to guide me through the process and the entire matter is now resolved. Had I called her six months earlier than I did, I would have save myself a ton of worry.
And she's great with Quickbooks too. For that I should have called her years ago!
