In answer to the growing need of the St. Martin Parish area for quality care for the senior community, St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehabilitation was established in 1984 by Co-Founders Johnny Raymond (deceased) and Paul Hardy, current President. St. Agnes is a 128-bed facility staffed with hard-working professionals, who provide the quality care every resident deserves.

Located in historic Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center offers exceptional care. Our professional services include an experienced Physician/Medical Director, Physician's Assistant, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and a Special Care Unit.

These activities are always available to our residents and are detailed in our monthly newsletter. The staff at St. Agnes considers it a great honor to care for our residents. St. Agnes has an "Open Door" policy and we welcome input from our family members, as well as our residents. All family members are encouraged to provide St. Agnes with any ideas or concerns they may have regarding our residents and their care.

A patient whom gets around on her own once told me.....If you can do for yourself, St. Agnes Nursing Home is good....but the ones who can't do for themselves....it isn't good...she said she saw things she really didn't like like...As far as ALZEIHMERS WARD...there are girls that are great in there but I have seen 1 CNA with her head down and she was on her phone....WHY DO YOU NEED A CELL PHONE ON YOU IN A NURSING HOME SHOULDN'T THAT STAY IN YOUR LOCKER....as far as clean sort of...I tell you if you don't go check up on your people everyday/every other day...You will be surprised...When you take
