Services
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
Meds-to-Beds is a concierge bedside service that delivers discharge prescriptions to patients prior to leaving their hospital room at no additional cost to the patient. All patients being discharged from Warren Memorial Hospital are eligible for this service. Each patient will be identified as early as possible in their stay by a provider, nurse or pharmacist who will then notify the Meds- to-Beds staff.
An estimated 50 percent or more of medications for chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol and diabetes, are not taken as prescribed. Medication non-adherence can lead to worsening health conditions, hospitalizations and death. Whatever the reason is for medication non-adherence, we have a solution for you.
Medications are only effective when taken correctly. With PASS packs, your medications come organized by date and time, securely sealed in individual easy-open packages. So when it's time to take your next dose you just tear the package off the roll and your pills are there. The PASS (Patient Adherence Strip System) is a revolutionary medication strip packaging program.
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy.

We dealt with Lester's up until they closed. We didn't want to go big box pharmacy we wanted to support our local businesses. We don't regret this choice at all. They are friendly, very helpful and have gone above any beyond for us. Glad we made the choice. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!

I'm not blaming anyone here but I tried to call to have a prescription transfered over and was put on hold, twice and after ten minutes, each time, no one picked up. I'm sure whoever is working is overwhelmed but this is an ongoing issue with them that they really need to address. People who are waiting on the phone are customers too !!!

Excellent! Customer service and fast and correct fills on medication. Staff helpfulness and courtesy are in a class by itself. I no longer go to the ' big chain pharmacys' there services are subpar compared to Family Pharm.
To sum it up. If you like your questions answered correctly , helpful and knowledgeable staff and good people , go here. If I can give them more then 5 stars I would.
