E. L. Menk Jewelers origins date back to my childhood someplace between when my grandfather gave me his old dollar pocket watch and when I broke open a pretty rock with my dad's hammer, followed by an emergency visit to the doctor on a Sunday afternoon to have a splinter of that rock removed from my eye.
E. L. Menk Jewelers offers the comfort of our in-house services because we know how important and precious your jewelry is to you. All of our production and repair work is done right here in our store's modern shop by our trustworthy experts that specialize in repairs, custom jewelry production and appraisals.
E. L. Menk Jewelers is located on the corner of 7th and Laurel Street with the entrance door opening directly onto the corner. The store features six stained glass display windows and a stained glass transom above the front door. Inside the store you will find more stained glass art work including a chandelier and a large antique wall clock that dates to the 1920's.

I had a crazy request for help to set up some sentimental rings for a photo and wondered if I could use one of their trays. Not only did Mary say “absolutely” but gave some suggestions to make it more personal. I took in my wedding dress from 48 years ago and within 5 minutes she made a beautiful arrangement and helped me get a great photo for my project. Such a kindness! Excellent customer service. My ring was custom designed and everything I wanted. I go in to have the settings checked and my rings cleaned on a regular basis and I am always treated with courtesy and a smile. A bonus is they are locally owned and operated.
