We’re sorry that you feel as if you were “shuffled around” but the doctor did take his time with you in the back and asked multiple times if you had any questions. I personally also took my time explaining every detail regarding the glasses and the insurance benefits to you. When you picked up the glasses we had you try them on to make sure they were correct prior to leaving the office as we do with every patient and you didn’t express any concerns. We don’t understand how you came to the conclusion that the experience you had was racially motivated or against wealth

I did NOT have a good experience with them. I was shuffled around to making a subscription with haste and did not get to properly ask questions. Some Dr. Patel seems to be in a rush and the subscription came out to be wrong/uncomfortable that needs adjustment that requires me having to come back. He did not bother to properly explain how to put on contact lenses (I understand I have to figure out on my own eventually but didn’t like the attitude of the communication).
It somehow even gave me the vibe that the lack of respect was racially motivated and against wealth background which is laughable

I wanted to take the time to recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for eye glasses. He was very professional and efficient. I hadn't had my eyes check in about 30+ years and the DMV sent me as I didn't pass their Eye Chart.
The facililty was very clean and fresh looking. Very good first impression.
The staff was friendly. The equipment is top of the line. No more dialating the eyes. Pleasant experience.

No bedside manners by Dr. Patel. He announces his concerns to the entire lobby. Receptionist is very judgmental and lack ethical training. I live in PCR but she prejudged me as someone who could only afford $30 frames.
I am surprised they are still in business with these blatant insults to race wealth or the fact that we were bilingual and able to speak another language.
This place prefers to service only whites or middle easterners, if you have Melanin stay away!

This is the place! If you want to get your prescription, contacts, glasses, etc and want high quality and a fast appointment then this is the place! Very affordable; no “upsell” here. He does not waste your time at all and gets you what you need efficiently and with care. You will save time and money here.

I had such a good experience with them, and this was my first time ever going to the eye doctor. Haley and Dr. Patel are amazing! I was in and out so quick. Haley even helped me find a pair of glasses. It took less than 3 hours for my glasses to be ready for pick up too. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place!

With Dr Patel I had and have a phenomenal experience. I am so impressed by his caring and concerning nature. He does every step of test himself including helping the “look” of glasses on your face. He just makes you feel like you belong and is always asking after explaining in detail “do you have any questions for me”
I was concerned about an issue, I called him and he himself answered the phone on the day they are closed, didn’t hesitate to answer any question I had and gave the advice as needed.

I am a mother to 4 little ones and do not have the time to write reviews. This place was so bad that I felt a need to write one. Like some of the other reviewers said, Dr. Patel will literally complete your eye exam in less than 10 minutes, leaving you to wonder if he did a thorough exam of your eyes.

I had a fantastic appointment with Dr. Patel today. I was able to get fitted for contacts and glasses, place an order, and receive my glasses same day all within an hour. Dr. Patel was quick and precise with great recommendations while respecting my time and pricing considerations. He used state of the art equipment efficiently to ensure the continued health of my eyes. The staff was also friendly and helpful with picking out frames. His office took the appropriate precautions seriously in this current pandemic. So far, my new glasses are working out perfectly and I look forward to the contacts

This office is on top of their game! We just moved to The Tribute and wanted to give Today's Vision a try because it is so conveniently located to our community. Dr. Patel is obviously very knowledgeable in his profession, very thorough in his examination, and provides efficient first class service with all of the latest and greatest technology. I usually don't write any reviews on yelp. This is my first time giving a very honest feedback. The service I've received was very unprofessional and he was very rude. I went for a check up and it was less than 5 minutes and they charged me $90. Every time I asked him a question, he gave me a very unpleasant look and talked very rude and fast that I felt like I was literally getting kicked out from there. I'm sure everyone might have a different experience but from my visit I would definitely not recommend anyone here.

This was my first time at an eye dr and Dr. Patil was amazing!!!!! He made me so comfortable and at ease that I wasn't scared. I definitely recommend him for all your vision needs. Turns out I needed bifocal glasses for reading but was able to get contacts!!! This is my go to eye dr now!

Had a follow up with Dr. Patel and he went even further above and beyond!! I have never been somewhere where I was treated like an old friend like I was here. I have my eye dr forever now lol

This was the best experience ever! Friendly service over the phone while making the appointment, was seen on time for the appointment-no waiting! I had to make an unexpected visit with my granddaughter who was unable to remove her daily wear contacts while she was visiting with me for an extended weekend. I was happy to get a last minute Sat. appt. at which time Dr Patel quickly checked her eyes, removed the contacts and advised that her eyes were irritated and not to wear contacts for a couple of days ....despite the fact that she relies on them to balance the use of her eyes as one eye is much weaker than the other. Not only did that very brief visit cost $90! but i had to listen to her mother tell me how "dangerous" it was

Dr Patel was wonderful. Busy but took plenty of time trying to solve my vision needs. The staff couldn't be any better. I had issues with crooked glasses , because of my uneven ears. I went for eye exam for my two years old daughter. At the beginning he shows here letters and ask her what letter she can see ?
I am not sure how he can expect a reply from two years old child, she can barely talk.
My daughter was crying at the whole appointment and The Dr. was not able to handle here or examine her eyes. At the end when he gave up he told me she seems not conformable with current glasses and I will give here a rough estimate with extra stronger lence.
Personally I didn't trust this prescription and went to another doctor who made a proper eye test and advised that the

Dr Patel and his staff are great! I was easily able to make appointments that fit my schedule and when I went in for my appointment time I was seen immediately. Dr Patel takes the time to help you understand your options with contacts and was a great help in learning how to put them in. He also was able to replace my old frames in my glasses during my visit. The front desk staff helped me understand my insurance coverage and made it easy to get everything taken care of without any effort on my part. Overall I'm really happy I chose this office and I would recommend it to anyone living out
