We install Ice and Water shield on all eves, rakes, and edges to help prevent wind driven rain from leaking through the roofs decking. It also prevents from ice and snow melting (caused by ice dams in harsh winter climates) from leaking into a properties home. Installation is not required by all city or county codes.
Stucco is a beautiful siding option made of natural materials including a mixture of sand, cement, and water. It is manufactured in multiple colors and pairs well with other siding materials to accent your unique design. It is a durable material known to last 50 years, is fire resistant, but does not hold up against heavy rains as well as other siding options.

The are several reasons for the three star rating. The project went 6 weeks longer than project, there were numerous times the subs w show up to work which was the reason it ran long, the project manager was terrible at communicating, the final finish work was sloppy.
That being said, the tile work they did is beautiful and we are very happy with the finished project.

They met with the insurance adjuster and are the reason the whole process went smoothly. Everything worked out because of them and the sale went through. We had Genesis Total Exteriors replace the roof on our home due to hail damage. Our insurance company was giving us a difficult time and would not approve the claim.
We hired a Public Adjuster, who was able to get the claim approved by Travelers Insurance.
Ron, from Genesis, provided us with a fair quote. They started the job and were done in two days, installing 50 squares of shingles. Genesis used a high quality class 4 hail resistant shingle.
The crew was professional and cleaned up the area completely when the job was finished. Pam, in the office, helped us submit the proper paperwork to

EDIT--I tried to reach Genesis Total Exteriors via Facebook ,as I've done before. I wanted to ask a question and my messages were BLOCKED. Last summer,there was a misunderstanding and Tom Martino,from KHOW Radio,helped us to work it out.There were a few(expensive) Ham Radio COAX cables-for Elpaso County Police & Fire Communications that were CUT and I am asking Genesis to contact said Crew members,to find out if and why they were cut-- An Elpaso County employee is funding new COAX as well the labor to replace their COAX. Currently--I'm a bit concerned
