This Gym is amazing! I can't believe everything they offer! 24 hour membership to the fitness room. Infrared Sauna. 1 on 1 with Personal Trainers. The Pit where you can roll tires, and do crazy challenges. Belly dancing classes, kick boxing. Plus the batting cages, and huge Olympic size pool outside. Oh I can't forget you can get Body Conturing, or Plaxel Plasma Pen at great small town prices in the Suite next to the Gym.

Excellent Gym in Gladewater! Very happy with how clean the place is and the large selection of equipment. The place is locally owned and operated and offered something for each of my family members including pool, weight room, and full service smoothie bar. If your needing a gym is Gladewater give this one a try. 👌🏽

OK I will start with, "I don't have a membership to this, or any other gym." OK, I feel better... Now, you have got to see this facility, I got an opportunity to tour this facility with one of the members and have seen other areas of it with an owner. It is NICE. I have seen the big, cookie box gyms that you see everywhere and that are often too crowded to even park at let alone work out at from what I hear and this is not that. It is popular, it is 24hr, and it is well supplied with equipment and workout options to suit what you need. This is the kind of place Gladewater needs for health options
