At Legacy Counseling Services, I know that life can be challenging. Focusing on solutions, I strive to help clients develop effective skills to treat anger, depression, and anxiety affecting their lives. I aim to assist individuals and couples in order to help them cope with interpersonal, and relationship issues.
My therapy services range from adult and teen counseling to child therapy. I also offer family and marriage counseling services at my Longview, Washington Office. I am a trained counselor who is knowledgeable and experienced in working with those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and other behavioral issues.

Services
A legacy is passed from one generation to the next, connecting the past to the present and the future. What our parents, grandparents and family friends have passed on to us is our heritage; what we pass on to our children is our legacy. We want to pass on what is good and healthy to our children, and what isn't healthy we want to change.
A: When you call me please have your insurance card handy; I or my Office Manager will take your insurance information to verify with your insurance company what your mental health benefits are, deductibles and co-pays, number of sessions allowed per calendar year and if family or couples therapy in addition to individual counseling is available.
Rec Room Therapy: In the past I did a lot of community based counseling with At-Risk Youth. I quickly found if I could get them to play a game of pool at a Fun Center or bowling alley the teens would engage in the counseling and really open up and talk. As those business shut down in our community that option was no longer available.
Luna is my Great Dane that comes to work with me every day. She is 7 years old, but is still very active, loves being at the office and being with clients. Luna is the sweetest, kindest dog I have ever known. She is the most non-aggressive dog I've ever had! She believes all other critters should be her best friends!
Notice: I am not available on a 24/7 on call basis. If you need a counselor you can contact and need a response any time of the day or night, I am not the right counselor for you. My health simply does not allow it. When possible, I try to be available to clients between appointments and after hours, but the reality is, I am usually unable to respond.
