IShine did an outstanding job for us! Jason worked so hard to make our house showroom ready! He went above and beyond, power washing our siding with a soft wash that made our house look amazing and smelling clean and fresh. He cleaned all the windows, the screens, every nook and cranny. He even cleaned areas and equipment adjacent to our house. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use his services again! I highly recommend him.

I received a notice from the HOA that our exterior needed a little love. This was the day before we planned to put up Christmas decor. I contacted iShine and they gave me a very reasonable price and were at My home in 48 hours. Jason was very very professional and the communication was great! It was a little cooler than expected and the Jason let me know the cleaning solution takes longer to work in cooler temps. He came back the next day to finish. The house looks amazing!!!! This local small business was truly amazing!! They were punctual, actually arriving at the exact time they said they would be there. Professional. Reasonable. They did an excellent job pressure cleaning the roof. Jason even accidentally broke off the hose spigot and was willing to pay for the damages. I could only wish that there were more trustworthy companies like he and his wife has. I would highly recommend iShine Pressure washing to whomever reads this as well as to all of my friends and family. I will definitely use them in the future.

Jason did an amazing job. Replied to my quote request immediately, came at a time convenient to me, got the job done fast and thorough. Even helped me move my non-operational car out of the driveway and cleaned a few extra areas that he noticed needed it. Can't ask for any more from a pressure washing company. Jason did a great job cleaning our travertine pool patio in Windermere. We had a lot of mold and green staining occuring. Got it all done including the travertine porch in the front in 2.5 hours which was great! Also he went the extra mile and used his mildew remover and cleaned our patio furniture to where it looks fantastic now! Both him and his wife are easy to deal with a great communicators. I am having him come back to seal the travertine now. Photos show a tile before and after and pool pic is after service.

Jason and his wife did an amazing job on our driveway and back patio. We recently bought this house and I had no idea of the original color of the driveway. That's how clean they got it.
I had borrowed my father-in-laws pressure washer last year to do my back patio and it took me the entire weekend. Here, Jason and his wife did the patio and my driveway in ~ 2 hours and it looks a heck lot better than what I could do. Price was a little steeper than I was expecting, but the work was worth it. I would definitely recommend these guys and will have them do upkeep for years to come.
