Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
Dr. Donna Cantalupo attended Dickinson College before earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1986 from National College of Chiropractic. She has practiced in her hometown of East Hanover, NJ for the past 25 years. She continues to promote health and wellness in her community and adjusts local athletes.
Dr. Cierra was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport IA, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2013. She is well versed in multiple techniques such as: Applied Kinesiology Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Pro-Adjustor so that she can better serve the community and treat patients of all ages.
I'm Julie Nees, billing manager at East Hanover Chiropractic. I'm passionate about overseeing the billing process day-to-day between provider, patient, and insurance, leading to an easier, less stressful experience at our office. When becoming a patient at our office, I'm often the person calling you to establish benefits and patient responsibility.

The very best is my experience at this Chiropractor. From the moment you first arrive they take care of you, analyzing your pain and then systematically finding ways to eliminate the source. Certainly, they have all but eliminated the pain in my back and hamstring.
Everyone is so positive from Taylor who greets you with such a friendly smile, to all the staff giving care.

I love going to the Chiropractic Center of East Hanover. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Upon my first visit, they listened closely and took the time to put a specific plan together that met my needs. Dr. Donna and Dr. Cierra have both done my adjustments and thanks to great record keeping, either one can pick up where the other left off. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Dr. Donna and her team are OUTSTANDING!!! Of all the years I've been getting chiropractic treatment, I have never experienced such consistency and accommodation as I have with this practice. Recommended by my personal trainer, I have also never recovered this quickly from athletic-related injuries. As a teenage athlete, my body can develop injuries in the blink of an eye. East Hanover Chiropractic helped me majorly! During my season, I was dealing with a lot of shoulder pain. I was treated with laser therapy, something I had never heard of, and I felt such great improvement in my shoulder! The staff is great and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this chiropractic center. This has been my first time under chiropractic care and I was definitely skeptical at first. I had surgery for a labrum repair over a year ago and I still have pain from time to time. After seeing Dr. Cierra and receiving laser therapy the pain has significantly went down. As a former collegiate athlete I’ve seen many chiropractors in my day. It wasn’t until I started getting treatment from East Hanover Chiropractic Center that I realized what I was truly missing.
