I don't really like to give bad reviews.....
I came here bcz I saw so many good reviews. But my expectation didn't meet well. Regretful for my waisted time and money. I came here two times, first time didn't work well I called them after 7 days that I'm still having wrinkles. ( I don't have deep wrinkles just little bit between my eyebrows)One of the Orchid employee told me to wait up to 10 days. I showed after 10 days. Doctor added 7 more units and charged for 5 units. But the truth is I'm still seeing wrinkles, which made me upset all the time when I look into mirror

I came in to get cool sculpting done , I was told I was a “perfect candidate “ due to being slim. I saw 0 results I drove 45minutes to and from my appointments 5times! The applicator device came off 2 times. There was no results at all, I was told that due to being half Hispanic the procedure wasn’t as effective ! I paid all the sessions in cash. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off.

I have been going to Orchid med spa for awhile now. The doctor who runs it, Dr. Mungekar, is very talented. On top of being amazing at Botox/fillers/lasers, she is very caring. She doesn't ever push anything on anyone, she's up front and honest with everything that she does. She also has a great team, specifically Tammy, she is alsways on her game. I went into see Dr Mungekar a few months ago for a consult for almost everything. From my face to my belly. She suggested Cool Sculpting for my belly which just recently started sagging, as well as my "muffin tops". I went in last month and had the procedure done. I was a little concerned if it would really work or that I would get my monies worth. I can honestly say I am so pleased. Of course they said I would get better results if I exercised as well. Since I already started back training in martial arts I can honestly say I saw results within a few weeks. It hasn't been a month

I came here for some botox..I am 33 juggling a job,housework, husband, and an amazing 5 year old boy who makes me laugh a lot and frown more than what I used to before I had him. I wouldn't trade my life for anything in the world!!! I love my son and husband. But I have noticed hard lines on my forehead, eye and sagging jaw lines already!!!My life has been a bit stressful especially since losing my older sister two years ago. I am from out of state. I have been getting injectable for almost 20 years. I went to this office, spent double what I usually do for injectables back home 600$ to be exact. Fine it's Cali and more expensive here. Ok. 9 days later the main reason I went to begin with, my 11's, are still very visible. I went for her to fix it and they charged another 70$. That's unacceptable practice. I will never go back. I recommend looking elsewhere. That 70$ cost your office a repeat client, a positive referral and further treatments which I had been considering. I have been going to Orchid Med spa for 4 years. I absolutely love Dr. Swati, I usually have an idea of what I would like done but I go with her recommendations which are always better than what I had planned before I got there. I have a long drive to Los Gatos but I prefer to go there than anywhere closer to home because of the very pleasant experience and the excellent results.

DURING MY 1ST AND SO FAR ONLY TREATMENT SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO DO IT. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS AND I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SCHEDULE MY 2ND TREATMENT AND SESSION OF BOTOX BEING THAT I HAD IT DONE IN APRIL I BEEN CALLING AND THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS.
