The Strange Painting Co of Lancaster had a crew do work for a neighbor. I do not have any idea of the quality of the work.
At the end of the work day on May 4th 2017, Half of the crew dumped a significant amount of paint into a storm sewer drain across the street from the house they were working on. A heavy rain that evening washed the paint onto my property as I own the neighborhood storm water retention basin. A Pequea Twnsp employee did photograph the paint in the sewer before the rain.
I contacted the Strange Painting Co that evening via email. As of the date of this posting (5-13-17
