I came here yesterday with a few friends and we were trying on rings. (I usually have a hard time finding rings that fit because my fingers are so small.) We had only been in the store about 5 minutes when the man at the counter took the rings out of our hands and said “I think you’re all done looking at the rings.” He was extremely rude and stared us down until we exited the store. Overall, horrible customer service.

Just found this store while vacationing, let’s just say I’m glad I live outside Boston,I could do so real damage at this store, purchases 4 items. The staff was so friendly and accommodating!! They appreciate their customers, and it shows. Till next mother daughter road trip! But I just noticed you can order……. OH BOY!

I came to York to visit my friend while on vacation. As I entered it was beautiful and well maintained. However the staff was incredibly rude.
I had asked the gentleman working about the rings and he spoke to me as if I were stupid. I felt as though I was wasting his time.
If you are planning on being welcomed and greeted with respect, I would steer clear of Bill and Bob’s. I am sure there are plenty of other places with great hospitality!

I always visit this store when I'm in York as they have a wonderful selection. I was here a few days before my wedding and needed 4 of the same necklace for the ladies in my wedding. However, they only had two but they went above and beyond to get me all four! They are so accommodating and I can't thank them enough! Please visit if you are in town, you won't be disappointed!

I have known them for about 35 years they are great...my wife bought a crushed opal pinkie ring in silver years ago and it is gorgeous and catches a lot of attention!!! great prices!!!!

Very personable retailer. He is astute and attentive. Told us the full pricing, the warranty information, and the story behind the items and store. Definitely recommend this place. Great jewelry, great prices.

I always buy my 20 year old daughter a nice piece of jewelry when we vacation. She went into this store looking for a charm bracelet yesterday. Was ignored for a while and when she finally asked if they had any, the man working seemed extremely annoyed and told her they were "in the case over there." She went over and waited to look at one as he greeted and took new customers. He never came over so she left with my credit card in hand. Not cool to judge anyone. Won't be back.

Beautiful jewelry, reasonable prices, and the proprietor was friendly and very helful!! Bought my Mom a gorgeous dragon fly necklace. She loves it!!!

What a disappointment! First, I was really impressed with the presentation of the store inventory. But an associate was extremely rude. I am a polite and easy going person and mindful when visiting any establishment. I left not making a purchase because, I will not support people who are rude and inconsiderate when choosing there tone and words.

Spent over $60 on 2 anklets. Both broke and fell off less than 2 months after purchase. Very poor quality. Clearly this is a tourist trap. Buyer be ware!!

Great customer service and fair prices for custom made items. The wife has to stop in everytime we're in town.

Gorgeous store. Lots of gorgeous silver rings and very unique and relatively well priced items.

I would save up your money, lil tourists, and buy something nice here.

People were very friendly and the store was well laid out and brightly lit.

They had watches to die for and all kinds of cute stuff.
