A courtesy transportation vehicle (CTA) is a new model that has been used by customers who have their own vehicles in for service. Cadillac allows us to sell them as new and allows the buyer or lessee the full new car warranty coverage. All CTAs are thoroughly inspected to ensure that the vehicles are just like new.

I had a serious mechanical failure, at ~10K miles just outside of warranty; but Harvey Cadillac worked with me and GM to get the costs split, and provided me with updates about what was going on, as well as providing me with a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair(s). They continue to be what I feel is one of the best car dealerships in Grand Rapids!

Said I just wanted to make an appointment to have one of their experience Cadillac mechanics give me an estimate of what needed to be done to my 1991 Cadillac. They wanted me to leave the car and they would spend time looking through their old manuals and probably have the car there a week and run up a horrible bill. I said forget the appointment that's exactly what I wanted to avoid happening.
