Her massage is so relaxing, that you don't even feel like leaving the spa. I started going to Lena 7 years ago via a Groupon deal. At that time, my skin was in pretty bad condition - lots of breakouts and the skin was rough. I tried several places before going back to Lena, as I felt she customized her treatment based on my skin conditions.

I would give no stars if possible.
I called Soluna to make an appointment for a Microdermabrasion and was told they have absolutely no appointments available in the Month of May. I work during the day, so I am only available at lunch time or after 5pm. Regardless, it's hard to believe they did not have ANY appointments within a month (I called Mid-April).
Needless to say, my coworker and I were not able to use our Groupon that we purchased for services at Soluna and would never refer anyone there in the future.

I had very bad experience. She is not very polite and professional. I had microdermabrasion. She used very high pressure and my face felt very painful. She didn't asked me if the pressure was too high. After a few minutes, I felt so painful that I couldn't stand it. So I told her that it's too high and felt very painful. She didn't adjusted the pressure. Instead, she laughed and said it is almost done. And kept the same high pressure until done.

I had bad cystic acne and I went here in the hopes that microdermabrasion would help. It was a terrible experience. The woman who treated me made me feel terrible about my skin, as if I was doing something wrong. She literally chastised me about cleansing my face properly - accusing me of only washing my face with water!
I have spent thousands in an attempt to clear my skin and I certainly know how to wash my face. I went in here frustrated and sad and she only made me feel worse.
I suspected that my skin problems were caused by diet. When I told her this she said it was a ridiculous idea.

I purchased a Groupon package for 3 microdermabrasions on April 14th. For the past 4 months I have called this salon repeatedly requesting an appointment and either get nothing but voicemail, or am told that she has no appointments available until after my Groupon expires in October. And I have already paid for a package of 3!
It is bad business and fraudulent to take payment for a groupon package of three treatments and then not allow the booking of even the first of three until after the package has already expired. I'm still trying to get my refund from Groupon.

A perfect place for people on the go! I just had a very relaxing microdermabrasion with Lena - asked for the most gentle settings and my skin is glowing! I redeemed a Groupon with no hassle. Her office is small but clean and professional - I actually appreciate this since you don't have to deal with any snooty receptionist or lots of other people! I also surprised her by bringing my 2 year old with me - she didn't bat an eye and was so kind about it. I sat my toddler down in the room with us, with a video and snacks - and I was in and out in 30 minutes -perfect! Also there is no upsell

What makes an expert? It takes over 10,000 hours to be really top-notch at something, and Lena has clearly put in her time. She used to provide facials and massages at Watercourse Way for over a decade - their loss, Soluna Skin Care's gain.
