Cool and adorable places. But what where they thinking when it's required to pay for a unrefundable application fee. In Cheyenne housing is hard to get at times and doing that to get a place is like throwing away your money. Cause most places are doing that. I couldn't tell you how much money I lost on the last month trying to move.

On top of everything else everyone has said, the professionalism is severely lacking. If they can, they will make things personal. Going so far as to call your parents about something they don't like. If they get the chance, they will personally confront you about a negative review and ask you to change it and make it more positive.
If you can find a different management group to rent from, I highly recommend you do so.
If you are a property owner, use a different management group to manage your properties. The last thing y'all need is your property being associated with this level of immature

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have used Crown to manage my rental properties for over 2 years now. They are always going the extra mile to communicate and be prepared for my tenants. I would highly recommend them to manage any rental properties. Very professional and always responsive to any questions or concerns.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We are military and moved to the area. The first time we walked through the door of the townhouse, it smelled like animal urine. It's like someone had let their pet use the downstairs and master bedroom as a bathroom. We asked them if they had the carpet cleaned before move in? The lady stated that they had spent $225.00. I told her the smell was horrible, so we would have it cleaned again at our own expense. It helped a little downstairs, but the master bedroom was still horrible. I then asked them if they could have it cleaned again,, and the lady stated

I am not a person to leave reviews but I feel people should be aware when dealing with this company. They just dont know how to deal with people at all. If you are wanting a quick response from them they do not get back to you at all or take multiple days before hearing from them. The lady who runs this is very unprofessional and does not take the time to give you a call back. I am sorry but i dont care who you are it just is rude to not call someone back after being left multiple messages to do so. With multiple reviews all saying the same thing does not matter to them and they dont even try to

I Have rented from Crown realty for over 2 years now and in 2 different places.
I would have to say the negative comments have to be due to a problem with the tenets, I have not had any problems with them at all, never. They have treated me kind and been helpful in every situation possible. However, I have always paid my rent on time. The maintenance Dept aa well comes and fixes problems right away too. So yea I truly do not know why the negative reviews on here. Must be a bad tenet. I will always choose Crown Realty 1st if I ever need future rentals.

Would love to give zero stars if possible. They’ll hook you, get your deposit and rent money, then you’re on your own. You have to call three to four times to be answered, and emails take days to be replied to. Dealing with Dianna to find any middle ground with problems is the equivalent of dealing with a child. She is highly unprofessional, stating that we were "making people's lives miserable" and "disregarding our neighbors," which couldn't be further from the truth. We were expected to be pin drop quiet in our unit which we paid for, twenty-four hours a day. Which is just unreasonable,

Was calling on a 1 bdrm apartment for my daughter her 1st apartment, the lady answering the phone was very condescending, rude and short. I was just trying to find out information about a property, she 1st told me it was not available and to go to their website, I told her I was on their website and I apologized because in looking again it stated coming soon, I told her good because my daughter probably was looking to move in January, she told me their apartments are available immediately and this one will be available mid December, that the deposit only holds them for 14 days. Very rudely was

Horrid experience. Can not see a property without giving all personal info then received emails and texts duplicating each other, received cancellations of appointments at last minute (forewent other appts for theirs), hard to reach a person, closed on weekends for showings, and will not allow you to see the lease they expect you to sign until you pay them money. They act like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to see a property. Horrible and unprofessional. I can't believe they're in business. Have owned for last 20 years. Is this what renters have to go through? If this

I would like to warn anyone who is planning on renting to avoid Crown Realty at all cost. In the end it will cost you plenty. We rented from them this last year while renovating our new home. Our new home was finished 2 moths prior to the lease being up. I went into Crown and spoke with one of their employees who said this would be no problem and put in check out sheet that lease was not broken. Did not charge us for the last two months for which we were willing to pay if need be. Then when it came time to get back our deposit, they sent us a letter stating we owed them over $500.00 in repairs

Our business has rented from this property management company twice. Both times they were very good and easy to work with. Both times they have mostly been in the background and very hands off until we had a problem. With our current location, we had a BAD Leak (more like a waterfall) coming from the apartments upstairs. It was in a really bad place where our clients often walk. I notified Michelle about it and she had someone there later that day. It was fixed the very next day.
In short, we've found if you pay your rent on time and follow the terms of your lease and not cause any

I rented with Crown for nearly 4 years. In general, they were usually helpful and although not super kind or friendly, they were mostly professional. When we moved out things were a bit different - I know the place was not in perfect condition (when we moved in), but we did treat it with respect. We spent 3 full days deep cleaning our location and also paid nearly $200 to have a professional carpet cleaner come in.
Despite this, all of our deposit was used for cleaning fees (Also to replace a 9volt battery and a light bulb - which apparently cost a few hundred dollars each.) AND we were then charged

While many tenants complain about maintenance and poor performance they fail to remember that a property management company, like Crown, is an agent of the owner. If the owner does not pay for the cost of maintenance a property management
company does not have the obligation to fund it. They are also under contract with the owner and constantly fight battles to improve service. I have personally seen Crown transform a property in Cheyenne and make it a better place to live. Cheyenne has a 1.4% vacancy factor and some landlords take advantage of this situation by doing the very minimum. This is

We rented an apartment from them for a while. Where do I begin with the horror stories. We've had pipes burst upstairs flooding the entire apartment on several ocassions. The so-called maintenance guys cobble up everything, so it breaks again soon. One of the maintenance guys was living in the garage next to our apartment. They had a bucket with a tube going outside the garage wall where he would urinate. One night it was -15 degrees, and the heater quit working, and Crown responded with "what do you expect, its cold outside." I expect a heater that works. One other time they had
