Being good is not enough anymore, you need to be best in whatever you do. ITS is just that. They are the best in their field. Signed up for their managed services for my company, and honestly their capabilities are minimal. Their tech staff are inept, and not really capable of solving any issues. The on boarding process was extensive, and when we cancelled our services it took them 4 attempts to completely remove all invasive software. I highly recommend anyone else.

I've known Tom Andrulis for many years. I admire and am excited for all of his success with ITS. They are unique in a way where the employees actually enjoy working there. They are quality employees. ITS rescued us when our current phone system crashed and no longer worked. This was our business and we needed a work-around to resume phone services ASAP. ITS came through. With its wonderful sales team and tech team, we were up and running in no time. The employees provide prompt service and have extensive knowledge in their areas of expertise. Communication with their customers is ongoing and pertinent. Great company and great service. Everyone works to put the customer first.
