At West Hartford Acupuncture your safety is our greatest concern. Complete disinfecting occurs on all common surfaces and all patient surfaces after EVERY patient. Every patient has new/clean sheets and pillowcases. Patients wear a mask in the waiting room. Practitioners always wear a mask. Extra masks are available to purchase.

We have seven total air purifiers running in our office. Sanitizer is available in every room to use. Please park behind the office when possible and enter through the back 1st floor handicapped entrance (unless notified otherwise). Additional parking is available across the street at Kennedy Park, or on Oakwood Ave on the west side of the street. After 5:00PM, you may also park next door in the parking lot of "Attorney Stefan Stolarz" at 169 Oakwood Ave.
When you book a FREE phone consult or an initial appointment, you have a chance to fill out your insurance information for us to verify. You may also call your member services number and inquire about your insurance benefits. Jill Kleiber and Maura Emerick are currently in-network with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare, and Optum.
