We booked ACL for 6 people to drive us from SFO to Napa. They suggested a Sprinter van and we could not have been happier! Our driver Abel was on time and patient with us since we had tk wait for our 6th party member to arrive. He drove safely up to and back from Napa. The van was clean and full of waters and he was prompt in adjusting the air when we asked. We will definitely use this car service again and hopefully have the pleasure of Abel driving us. Knowing our transportation was all set up and confirmed via emails and texts gave us peace of mind and one leas thing to think about!!

After a very long overseas trip with a 14 hour flight all I wanted to do was get thru customs, retrieve my luggage, and head home. Right on time was my chauffeur Amrullah waiting for me outside the door mid island SFO airport. He came over, carried my bag and stowed it delicately in his trunk, helped me get in his limo, and safely exited SFO and smoothly drove me to my residence. Great smooth driving, very clean car with water readily available was all I needed. I would highly recommend not only the company but Amrullah as a chauffeur !!!

We used Louis's shuttle company for our wedding to get guests to and from hotels to the venue and it worked out fantastic. The shuttles were clean and the driver's helpful and professional. We really appreciated them helping us out and making what could have been a stressful process easy and pain free. Would highly recommend!

We used All Cities Limo to go to Pier 27 for our cruise. They confirmed our reservation the day before (phone and e-mail). The driver was 20 minutes early. When we returned from our cruise, the driver had tried reaching us three times (my phone wasn't working) and was at the Pier early. Jeff Wilson was our driver and he was a safe driver and very cordial. We have used All Cities Limo before and in each case they have given us excellent service -- always on time, helpful with our luggage, courteous, etc. I will always use them for our transportation needs.

One of the best wine tour experiences I have ever had. The driver was more of a tour guide than just a driver, and the car was very comfortable and super clean. The package included lunch. The car had an IPAD with a music list of almost all genres. I Highly recommend them if you want to go on a wine tour

We started using All Cities recently when our favorite drivers from another company started working for them. It's been several months now and at least a dozen reservations for various purposes: airport runs, business meetings, dinners, site visits and the like. I'm so impressed with Moe and his crew!

I have been using them for years. I mostly use them to/from SFO and SJC but have also used them for events as well including the stretch limo. They highly reliable, punctual and accommodating. Their rates are competitive and their (relatively new) email communications and confirmations are excellent. I have not used their new app yet, but that is another plus.
As I do not use car services much outside my home area I do not have experience with their nationwide services, and assume they are partnered with equally good companies, so I will plan to use them for that when the time comes.

I was referred to All Cities for my wedding recently. These guys were great and total pros. I received confirmation via email, the driver showed up early to pick up the bride, and they even accommodated us a longer than planned because our guests were lagging on arrival to the reception. They car was beautiful and also had refreshments. I'll definitely call them for my next event!

They were promptly and politely responsive to my million questions and also accommodated some of my changes for the day of.
Arturo was my driver, arrived early and was there to open the door for myself and my bridesmaids. He was a very pleasant man and I appreciated his compliments.

This was my first time using the services of All Cities Limousine from San Caros to SFO. .Sia was our driver. He arrived early and waited outside our home until the requested departure time. He was polite, helpful and friendly. The vehicle was spotless and a comfortable ride. We used a coupon that arrived in the mail. There is tax and a gratuity added to the amount on the coupon. I highly recommend this company after my experience.

They had been charging my mom $75 for an airport run, and suddenly charged her $95 without any notice of the change. It turns out of that it was a new employee that made a mistake. After we cancelled the cab and booked with someone else, they called back to correct the error. And the owner called to apologize. I suppose anyone can have a new employee that makes a mistake. But the need to train their new people better.

Earlier than scheduled I've used the company since 2002 they never failed me and always on time.
I don't agree with the last review.
They called me on my last round trip to make sure everything went ok, they even called me once to apologize that there was no water for me in the car which was complimentary.

My wife, sister-in-law and a good friend have all used All Cities Limousine service in the last few months. The drivers were prompt, professional, and helpful. We use them to go to and from SFO. They went the extra mile finding my wife last week when she was waiting at a different airport location than originally planned. Using this service is the best way to start an airline adventure with calm!

I have used many car services in the Bay Area to get to SFO, SJC or OAK. This is the best service that I have used. The drivers are very professional -- while still being friendly and on-time -- extremely critical when you are trying to catch a flight. The cars seem fairly new.
I was super impressed when they met me in the baggage claim area in SJC with a sign that had my last name, very classy! The last service that I used made me come out to the garage to meet them in their old smelly car -- which is what made me switch to All Cities.
The only negative is the price, which is a little high
