We have been using Bugs and Beyond since March. This is an incredible company. They treat any issue we've had with success. They are quick to respond and fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. We have had them out to treat for rodents, ants, spiders, earwigs and wasps. Josh even came out to do an inspection to help us with Raccoon prevention. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Josh was awesome. I called for a wasp issue and he was able to come out in a few days. He also treated the entire exterior/interior in the same visit, and we came up with a long term plan for recurring treatments. What a sweet guy! We had a mouse/a few mice visiting our house, specifically our pantry and the surrounding areas. My husband and I purchased mouse traps but given that we had no idea whether that would solve the problem, and have a child and two dogs, we wanted to get things taken care of professionally. When recently started having issues with carpenter ants I did a quick Google search and came up with Bugs & Beyond. After reading his reviews he sounded like just the guy we would like to come out. Joshua came out, was on time, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was not wanting to do anything that was not necessary. It certainly feels like Joshua cares about you and your home. His reviews were spot on, I would highly recommend him!! PS: calling him is the best way to go if you need him right away. For the 3d time in several years, squirrels got into my home between the ceiling and the roof (I have no attic). Critter Control came the first 2 times and put in a one way trap to get the animals out then sealed up the opening where they had chewed through the wood siding. I was happy with their work and called them first this time as well. They have been acquired by a large company and wanted $700 to do the job--even though they had done it just 2 years ago (squirrels got in at the same location, just further along the siding). This is the second time we've called on Josh to help with pests. Last time, it was a wasp infestation. This time, it was mice at a rental house. He took the approach of doing only what was necessary and no more. He was thorough and his price was incredibly fair. We'll have to wait a bit to see if it worked, but if not, I have faith that Josh will take care of it.
