I called to speak to someone about a cabin my step mother, who recently died, purchased and did not have delivered. I received the most rude service from Tom. I would never wish this kind of rudeness on anyone, especially from someone that is supposed to be providing customer service.

Thieves! The only reason it's rated one star is you can't do zero! This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. I purchased a cabin kit and PAID IN FULL ($60K) and was experiencing significant issues taking delivery which I communicated to the business regularly. I also asked if I could cancel delivery t=due to hardship and was willing to pay a fee. I called them recently to try and work out something, but all I got was a VP (Tom) yelling at me over the phone, basically telling me to go to hell, threatening me, belittling me, insulting me, refused to listen, and

This is a nice quick pit stop off of I95. They have 5 log model homes ranging in size; there is no sales pressure. It really is a fun place to stop and stretch your legs for 30 minutes or so. If you have small children or like to run around, there is ample room. Right in the vicinity is a Waffle House as well as gas stations. Hey, you never know..... A log home may be in your future!!!!!!
