Found the perfect house. The lady clearly seen that we made enough to get it but I believe she was holding it for someone else.

My experience with Lufkin Property Mgmt has been wonderful. Everyone i talked to or dealt with was polite, friendly and professional. The process was quick and easy. Maintenance issues are rare as the property is well taken care of but when we do need maintenance they are always quick to respond and repair the issue. I am very happy with our experience.

I sent in my paystubs and my my husbands paystubs were the only ones to view the house and they gave the house away because I didn’t have enough income but failed to check my paystubs. I’m in tears the house was perfect. But it’s gone due to their mistakes.

They take forever on repairs and some of the office ladies are just always rude. Will not rent from them again. Example bathroom light still not fixed after 6 months. So I'm still just useing my lamp in the one plug that works in the bathroom

Maintenance department started out really great . Very nice great workers . But now I'm not getting a good feeling about them for some reason. Been dealing with the same thing for several months it's really getting old . I'm really considering moving. No this name is not in the system I'm under someone else's account.

Quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, wonderful service. Was having troubles with AC unit, they got the bid approved over the weekend and came out within the next couple of days. I also had trouble with the washer connections leaking and I contacted the after hours service they had someone out right away. Ladies in the office are on top of their property. Thanks ladies 🤗😁

Avoid renting from them at all costs! We have had issue after issue and the office staff drag their feet, make excuses (because apparently every time is the first time they are ever hearing about it! Even though voicemails are left on their answering machine) and then blame me for not going through proper channels when I simply followed directions given by the HORRENDOUS maintenance guy(s) working on the NUMEROUS issues. No one can possible keep up with their convoluted processes. I actually had to serve them papers to get them to come fix issues, and even then the bare minimum was done. They cut

Things that the maintenance people do our very shady they do not do there job right. And when you question there knowledge they get rude with you. Repairs take forever to get right we still have a list of repairs before we moved in not even done. I think honestly the maintenance department needs to be revised and looked at to higher qualified officials.

A lot of procrastination going on. The manager doesn't return calls, there are also delays regarding repairs, has excuses when pressed on the matter. Seems to go through a lot of maintence men, probably because they get tired of waiting on a bid approval or paychecks.
