NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! The driver was extremely rude and left my house without previous notice before the arranged time with all my daughter's gift in it!!!
I hired the limo for my daughter's party. The driver was supposed to pick up some girls and then head to the party place. He took 2.5 hours to drive 18 miles!!!!!!!! He got lost a few times. When I complained about the time it was taking he just said "so sit here and drive yourself" !!!!! Of course I got mad, and because of that, he left the party place with all my daughter's gift inside the car.
I paid for 4 hours and just received a 2

I reserved a car for pick up from the airport but cancelled the same day less than 1 hour later. The trip was a month away but they charged the credit card immediately. They're not cheap either. Almost $120 to go about 24 miles and that doesn't include tolls. They refunded only $86. I guess it was very inconvenient cancelling a month in advance. Also, quite rude. Too many other services out there so don't use this one.
