My husband called St. Michael Auto Body to get an estimate after I so eloquently smashed the front of my truck, passenger side. He talked to manager Mike who was friendly yet professional, and more importantly honest. Just got my truck back today, and I am a perfectionist, so I scrutinize everything. Workmanship is superb, attention to detail is excellent. We have what we call "our mechanic", and now have "our body shop". Won't take any of our vehicles anywhere but St. Michael Auto Body going forward.

Dropped off bumper cover on Thursday, March 14, asked if it was possible to have it back by Tuesday, March 19. Was told that it want a problem that they will call me on Tuesday to come pick it up. I called Tuesday and was told that the bumper hadn't been painted yet, "we wish we could keep our promises to our customers". What happen to customer service that if an issue happen then we would contact the customer and let them know, instead of the customer having to call with inquiries.

Took my car in to get an estimate from an accident I had in mid March ‘19. Mike Aberle (the manager) was so nice! He was also productively busy and I could tell that he was still giving 110% to his job. He worked w my insurance company (so I didn’t need to). And he even called me to let me know that he couldn’t start my car until hearing back from insurance and again two days before picking my vehicle up to let me know that the insurance adjuster was on their way to his shop bc he had seen some other “issues” beyond the front end being damaged. The insurance adjuster came out to look
