While removing popcorn from ceilings and replacing it with knockdown texture is a service we offer, we also offer smooth flat ceilings at a much lower cost then our competitors. This process does take longer then applying a knockdown texture, but choosing either product will leave your home with a nice new updated look.

Southern Textures of Florida are without a doubt the best in their business. We had contacted them based on the excellent reviews. And without a doubt these excellent reviews were validated in the outstanding job they performed in removing the popcorn ceiling in our condo living room, dining room, den and kitchen. They were extremely careful and created a plastic bubble protecting the walls, furniture, floor etc. from the debris. I contacted Southern Textures and received an immediate response. I needed my popcorn removed and had texture added to the ceiling. The appointment was set within minutes of my request and had the worker show up punctually. I received an estimate within 24 hours from the appointment. The price was extremely affordable. The work was completed in 2 full days, no mess and everything cleaned. I am extremely impressed with the service and highly recommend it!!! Extremely professional and neat!

From the moment we reached out to David we k owe that it was going to be a god job, once the crew arrived they covered all walls and floors inside, in the garage where no work was requested they covered the floor and my motorcycle and event the outside driveway. Above and beyond is what they did. They removed all the popcorn and fixed some issues and sprayed knockdown, and cleaned up extremely well all within 6 hours. Thank you David and Southern Textures!!!! Excellent job and the price was very reasonable!!!

What can I say about David Lopez and Southern Textures of Florida? They are everything you could hope for in a company who is doing major work on your home. I hired them to replace the popcorn ceiling (yuck!) in my new home with knockdown texture, paint the ceiling, and paint the walls of the main part of my home. They got it done in three days! Unbelievable! The quality is absolutely beautiful. Also, you will not beat their prices. The crews that came to work were friendly, punctual, and so professional. This company super exceed my expectations (10 stars). I had a horrible job on my ceiling (excessive popcorn), a neighbor who works as a painter in my community quote me too much $$$. I decided to Google my issue and Southern Texture pop up and decided to call, David answer and gave me an appointment immediately. He was God send, his quote was incredibly on my budget (also he is a gentleman, honest and professional). His crew repair and painted my ceiling in a blink of an eye.
