Sharp's Plumbing

We were trying to replace a shower head but the very old shower arm was stuck and we didn't want to break the pipe so we called Sharp's plumbing. They came out and would not give any indication as to how much it would cost but because they were there and I needed this to be done (and I couldn't have imagined that it would have been so expensive) I had them remove the stuck shower arm. The new shower arm extender I had did not fit, so they said they could come back as soon as I got a new one and just attach it. It sounded so simple, and in fact it was simple and each of these two visits was no more

Absolutely awful customer service! After being yelled at and being mocked for what we paid for our home, I was hung up on and yelled at. Unpleasant and uncomfortable to say the least. Very unprofessional along with plain rude office Manager and very vulgar woman! Steer away from this business!

These guys were the best. I decided to go local after I discovered my 20yo water heater had sprung a small leak, and the home depot website had some operator from a 1-800 service place call me after a day. Brent called me back the same day I called, within an hour, and due to good circumstances on my behalf they were able to come out right away. Not only were Donny and Brent complete professionals, but they were fast. To top it all off I figure they saved me some money too. Thanks for making me look good to the wife and family. You guys deserve more stars.

They returned my call promptly and came out within an hour thinking it would be a quick call. They stayed to unclog my drain until the job was done. Note: don't put a loaf of bread in the waste disposal!

I am so thankful for Brent at Sharps plumbing for coming out and replacing our hot water heater on such short notice. With this hot weather and a houseful of teenage boys I’m happy everybody is able to shower again 😊 He was kind, professional and very patient with extremely reasonable rates. I’ve worked with Riley the other owner in the past and he has been excellent to work with as well. I highly recommend Sharps Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Charges to just come out. I was a bit surprised . That will teach me not to hVe people come over or at least ask if the change a fee just to come out. Wish they would of said something

I called Sharp's Plumbing when I noticed water leaking onto my basement floor every time I turned on my outdoor hose. As a new homeowner and new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call, so I just googled "Plumber Saint Helens." Sharp's had good reviews on Google and a professional looking website, and they answered the phone when I called, which is a huge plus! Brent came out to my house that day and not only fixed the leak, but patiently explained to me how it had happened and how to prevent it happening again -- and this is key -- he managed to explain it without making

I was on vacation across the country when my water heater failed. When I returned home I began looking for someone to help me get the situation resolved.
The guys at Sharps were able to come out the same day - they gave me an estimate and when I was at work the next day they replaced my water heater and also hauled out an old water softening machine from my garage that came with the house when I bought it.

Price-wise, maybe it could have been better, but I was just happy it was resolved so quickly.

My only issue at this point is that they never gave me an invoice, so I'm going to have

Don't waste your time, ignored orders and charged me $350 for not getting the job done. Worthless.

We contacted Sharp's and had them do some work for us and were very very pleased. That was the first time, we called and they came very timely. We had another project that needed to be completed in a timely manner as we had out of town company coming. We called everyday for a week, left messages but never got a response which led us to believe they did not want or need our business. Very disappointed as we were very pleased with their original job.
