Horizons Engineering, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary civil and environmental engineering, water resource, and land surveying firm headquartered in Littleton, New Hampshire. Since being founded in 2004, offices have been added in New London, Conway and Newmarket, New Hampshire, Newport and Sharon (formerly Pomfret), Vermont, and Saco (formerly Kennebunk), Maine.
With a staff of over 35 civil engineers, geologists, land surveyors, field technicians, and support personnel we have the experience and capabilities to complete a wide variety of projects with in-house expertise.
