In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not offer payment plans directly through the clinic. 2. I was on my way back home from Omaha and my 9 week old fur baby got into something and i didnt notice till Fremont that she had an allergic reaction, so an epinephrine shot in West Point then raced to Norfolk and they looked at her right away even though they were backed up and got her 2 more shots.

I went in and had an appointment that I arrived a few minutes early for to get my kittys weight and everything settled for the vet to come in. My appointment was at 2:30 and I got there around 2:25. No one had come in by 3 pm and when I went to ask what was happening, a vet tech (I don’t know her name) was very snarky and asked if I had somewhere else to be and if I wanted to reschedule.
I thought this was very rude and unprofessional because I have been coming regularly every 1-2 weeks because my cat has a brain infection, and I have spent close to $600 in a month at this vet clinic.

My dog was attacked by another dog when he was coming out from under sedation and they blamed my dog and told me they couldn't see my dog during regular hours and I would have to come in after hours and pay another fee for my dog to be seen after hours because "he's a dangerous dog" 1/10 would absolutely not recommend

Dr Mara is one of the few vets that my animals have loved!!! She will be the only one i will ever take my animals to in the future!!! She has gone more than above and beyond for my poor sick baby Smokey Mayhem!! She put my fears at ease and is more than willing to get to the bottom of what is wrong with my boy. She didnt charge me an arm and a leg to just run unnecessary tests and to get as much money from me as she can. She really cares about her customers and patients and is so communicative and caring for the owner as much as the animals in their care!!! Thank you so much Dr Mara!!! You are

My newest addition has been taken care of SOOO well.. and I know I should stop being surprised by now but it still touches me that they treat us SO well. They really do make you feel like family. Our kitty turned 12 weeks old last Saturday and he finally gained weight, has clean ears, and is on track to being the kitty he should always have been. He is happy and getting healthy. We are SOOO grateful to the staff here for helping us.
