Straight to the point and a nice how to guide on what steps I had to take to complete the process. Easy to make a phone call and get any questions answered. The process went way smoother then I Anticipated. Now on to making better choices with my money.

The staff were very patient and polite, answered all my questions, if they didn’t have an answer they got back to me in a timely manner with an answer. They eased my anxiety, as I hadn’t been through the process before, the staff is very professional, non-judgmental, & understanding. They sent reminders however they were not pushy, always followed up to make sure I received messages or packages, hopefully I never have to go through this process again however I would definitely use the services of the Law Offices of Richard A. Check if that were the case.

We just met with Atty. Check intending to only get information and then go out and get other opinions and quotes; however, we retained him immediately! He made us feel so comfortable and gave us all the assurance and info we needed to make the decision. We walked out feeling so much better!

Atty Sam and the entire office at the downtown Milwaukee location are absolutely wonderful. As a very scared and nervous woman going through a tough divorce, they provided me with excellent legal help and put me at ease. I was put in a terrible financial situation and needed help fast. They had me in their office the next day ready to go! They were with me every step of the way with re-filing my Ch 13. They are professional, prompt, and excellent at what they do. I recommend them to everyone who asks for bankruptcy help, seriously. You can’t go wrong with these guys and I cannot thank them enough

I just finished my bankruptcy filing, and it couldn't have been easier. I was walked through every step, and any questions I had were easily answered with a phone call. My case was drawn out due to some personal issues with getting everything together, but they were definitely on top of their game and got stuff handled immediately as I handed it in. The price was beyond reasonable, definitely on the lower end of the national average, and the people I dealt with were never anything less than pleasant and helpful. If you're considering bankruptcy, I cannot recommend this firm enough!

Professional yet very approachable. Very easy to work with. The attorney was kind and calming. He came to court dressed professionally without overdoing it whereas other attorneys in attendance were too casually dressed as if court isn’t a place to show respect. I felt my legal needs were met and I was treated with respect.
