Since 1992, ERC has partnered with employers who want to truly enhance the lives of their employees, while maximizing the performance of their organization. Our mission is to offer proven, customizable solutions that prevent and address employee issues which negatively affect productivity. ERC's comprehensive menu of workplace services has been proven successful in contributing to a healthy and engaged workforce.

Our approach sees an average 85% issue resolution rate in an 8-session model. We are the ones you call when the worst in life happens; the "What if?" scenarios which can devastate a work environment. Through our critical incident expertise, we respond with highly trained counselors anytime, anywhere.
Services
At ERC, we excel in helping our clients through the events and mental health issues which impact quality of life. Our Employee Assistance Program models are built on short-term, motivational, face-to-face counseling. Our most common appointments are for family / relationship issues and stress / anxiety management.
A tragic accident, sudden unexpected death, violence at work or at home, suicide, terminal or chronic illness: when these events happen, they impact the work environment and are usually emotionally overwhelming to those who witnessed the event or knew the people involved.

Our Critical Incident Response services, which can include on-site counseling, are designed to provide psychological first aid to reduce the impact of the event, accelerate recovery, and return people to everyday functioning.
Supervisory referrals can be appropriate when an employee's job performance problems continue despite best attempts to correct through normal supervision. A referral to ERC is normally made as part of a larger corrective performance plan. Although the details of the counseling remain confidential, attendance and adherence reports can offer insight into an employee's motivation.
Today's employees want 24/7 access to information in an easy to use format. LifeCare is a web-based portal to a wealth of pre-screened information and tools on emotional health, career success, elder care, legal and financial information, parenting and a wide variety of health and wellness resources.
JOIN ERC CEO STEVE BAUE, with over 25 years in human resources, as he discusses how to reduce the stigma of mental health conditions, build true mental health literacy, and teach the skills necessary to safely and responsibly address an employee's mental health concerns. By reducing the stigma that creates barriers to assistance, you can help your employees and build better businesses and communities in the process.

I called to setup an appointment for after 5pm. (Work obligations don’t allow sooner availability ). They confirmed they had 3 counselors available after normal business hours. Appointment schedule and two weeks later I get a call stating they don’t take appointments after 3pm.
1. How was this not known when I called?
2. Don’t be rude to me on the phone when I sound confused regarding your 3pm policy.
3. I made an appointment for counseling, have some compassion.
What a joke. 1star is being generous.

No personal experience with them myself. The location is fairly easy to find yet secluded enough to maintain integrity.
