Services
From private sessions to group fitness classes, Steamboat Fitness has something for everyone. Sign up for an individual session or gather 1-5 friends for a private group session. Take a Reformer class or group fitness class in the Mat Studio. Join one of our Running, HIIT or Circuit Training classes.
Work one on one with an instructor to meet your goals and redefine your strength your way! Privates are on your time and can utilize any/all of the tools the studio has to offer including the Pilates mat work, Chair, Cadillac, Reformer, TRX, treadmills, yoga, barre, and more. The sky's the limit! Call or email us to book your private or group session.
This 30 minute class focuses on core work in both stability and movement. Fire and hit all 4 layers, front, back and side of the body - including those lower, deeper, abs! Our 45 minute Pilates core based class, is also sprinkled with yoga. We focus on connecting deeply into our core and moving intentionally through class to lengthen, strengthen and build heat throughout the entire body.
This is a 55 minute, fast-paced workout where we cycle through eight exercises targeting different muscle groups with treadmill work in between. Circuit Training can include reformer, TRX, strength, agility exercises and more! Advanced level - talk to the front desk for more information.

The best. The trainers and owners are absolutely amazing. Fun to go to just to get to know them! Then add the fact that they are all amazing trainers who get to know their clients and exactly what they need.... seriously 100/100. They could go up against any of the top fitness facilities and trainers in the big metropolis’s and WIN. Love it that they are here!
