Our firm traces its roots back to 1955 when William F. Sinn, CPA opened an office in Paulding, Ohio. Bill Laukhuf joined the firm in 1961, opened our Van Wert location in 1968, and the firm became Sinn, Laukhuf and Co in 1971. In 1985, the firm became Arend, Laukhuf, and Stoller, Inc. transitioning to Bashore Reineck Stoller & Waterman Inc in 2014.
The current owners in the firm are Gregg Bashore, Matt Reineck, Jon Stoller, and Gloria Waterman. A third office, in Columbus Grove, Ohio, was opened in late 2016. The accounting and auditing services we provide are primarily annual audits, reviews and compilations, interim accounting services and special purpose reports. Traditional accounting and auditing services are the financial statement audit, review, and compilation engagements. They are typically year-end services, but can be on an interim basis with monthly or quarterly computer prepared financial statements.

We have extensive experience in providing a full range of payroll services for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Full service payroll is available at both the Data Center in Van Wert and the Paulding office using computerized payroll check writing and report preparation. There is flexibility for pay periods and compensation methods, with automatic calculations and reports that are accurate and timely.
We are actively involved in giving back to our community through service organizations as well as partnering with local business groups to strengthen the qualify of life and economic conditions of our home communities. Our founders have encouraged us to be caring and committed members of our communities by serving in various capacities.
