As a newbie to recycling, the workers could see I was unsure of what to do. They were UNBELIEVABLY helpful and made the process super easy. I will definitely continue using Ming's and sharing with others.

Such an inconvenience to close at lunch. Why can't you rotate your staff?

They pay $1.65 per pound of aluminum cans. A lot of work, a pickup loaded with bags of cans and plastic bottles and sticky mess for $35.00.

Only thing wrong with the recycling workers are when they're expecting tips or requests tips after they finish sorting or when they're at someone's car and acts like he is helping but at the end when customers cash out, tips are on high demands. You're not supposed tips them at all. They're already being paid to sort. So stop with the tips if you don't have to tip. If the big boss or cashier knows about the tips, the worker could get fired

They never answer the phone for questions or answer concern about the problem pried. You don't need 2hr or 3hrs for lunch-break. This place far the worst service and they cheated your recycle money so watch your back.

I brought 3 extra large green bags that I struggled to get out of the back of the truck I'd borrowed... I had 6 buckets... two full of plastics, one full of aluminum with the other buckets not full at all.. I was stunned to see that the edited receipt implies I had exact pounds each bucket, except for the last one which by then, i recall feeling glad that I'd paid attention to the scale because some other worker was distracting me as he passed the buckets to the guy weighing the products for customers...
I'm not sure if dude was playing Robin Hood with my stuff or what, but I do

I go here sometimes if I'm in a south area to sell my bottles. They help out but they are so busy all the time that it takes a long time to get a help. They are in huge location compare to other recycle places I've been.

My sons starting collecting recyclables for $$.
We've been going to Mings every 3-4 months. They are well organized and for a recycling place they are clean for as clean a recycling place can be. They spray sanitizer on the bins after each use and employees wear gloves and masks. They are super friendly and help explain how to sort your recyclables. They exchange rate is better than some smaller places too. We will continue to come here.

Great, helpful staff. My first time here and it was a very easy process. If you have your cans in trash bags, you dont need the blue barrels. You just need a cart and a staff member brings it to you. If you have bottles or plastics, their staff sorts it for you. I highly recommend this company and I will use them forever. Thank you Mings.

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and immediately jumped to help me sort and lift the heavy stuff. They also sanitized the bins before letting you touch it.

There's an old dude there named Jo, I BEEN HERE FOR 20 YEARS! He kept yelling. He thinks that entitles him to yell at customers. He yelled at me today like I was a three year old over some weight issues that I was not disputing, I just wanted to know how much I had in Copper. He starts yelling and flailing his arms telling me I just don't get it I just don't get it, when in fact I did I just wanted to know how much weight I had. He also told me if he has to dump that stuff on the scale I will have to pick it up by hand ! Through all the yelling I got him to come down long enough to say this" instead

Everybody hustling here. It's actually awe inspiring. To see the guy maneuver the forklift is a thing of beauty. Tons of hard working staff who will help you out if you're new to the scene here. Yes, there's a lot of crushed cans and debris on the ground but don't wear flip flops, get a tetanus shot and stop crying. Great place 1/2 mile or so behind the municipal airport for your cardboard, plastic, and aluminum recyclables. We dropped off a truck full of cardboard boxes. Get some cash for your trash at Ming's.

Mings is my go to recycling center! They do it all and they're always fully staffed which is awesome if you need help. We drop off hundreds of pounds of cardboard every month as well as our plastic, glass and aluminum recyclables. It's usually quick and painless, since they have quick guys and many bins so you're not waiting around for them.

Don't go here. I've recycled for over 10 years and I always have a good idea of how much money I'll get for my recyclables. This place ripped me off by about $100. They don't show you the weight and by the time they've told you how much you'll get, it's all already mixed in with their stuff so you can't take it back or contest what they have "weighed" out. Don't go here, they WILL rip you off!

If I can give this place a zero star I would.

This place is horrible and will cheat their customers. They are rude and disrespectful especially the person who weight in the cans.

My father took his cans in for recycled and came back with zero in his pocket because the associate who weight in the cans demand for the cash back stating that my father's partner has already claimed his portion. It doesn't make any sense since they both came in separately and also has separate receipts.
The cashier would've known the difference between two different receipts along with two separate

PROCEED WITH CAUTION. They WILL LIE, CHEAT and STEAL. I took recyclables in for a friend, a father with 3 little girls to feed. I was helping them. The cash they gave me for the recyclables WAS LESS THAN WHAT WAS ON THEIR OWN RECEIPT. What happens when the till does not add up at the end of the day?
Or, was the action deliberate? And someone puts the dollars in their pocket?
I tried to communicate with management and explain THEIR ERROR and how children went without food because of what they did. The manager TODAY, AUGUST 16, 2019 said, "Go ahead and file a complaint, I don't care"

They require 20 pounds of wire and I was only a few pounds lower..this is their way of getting you to leave it. There was an amount on the scale, I was honest and said this was abandoned by some one else. Then they said , I need 20 pounds of a single grade.. and I had three types of grade.. for this I will throw it away.. I recall a few years ago I was moving and I was just a pound under the amount . the guy was rude and I left it on the scale and they did not even process it.. What they do is no doubt collect and pocket the money.. for bottles, they are o k. The people who work in bottle

I used to like this place but today I was disappointed after seeing how rude and incompetent some of the employees are here. An elderly couple took out a lot of cans to recycle and were told that they were not able to pay their cans because they exceeded a certain amount. All the old man said to the employee is that he should've been told this prior to unloading all the cans. The employee started yelling at the elderly couple saying "if you don't like it here then get the __ out, I don't have time for your bs blablabla" the elderly couple had a young daughter/grandchild

I normally recycle at my neighborhood recycling center but it was extremely busy and slow! I decided to check out "Yelp" for help! I found Ming's Recycling not too far away!

I am so glad I came. They have their own parking lot so there's ample parking!! This is more of an industrial like setting.
You park your car. Go get a cart and as many big recycling trash cans as you'll need. You must separate your CRV plastic bottles , aluminum cans, and glass bottles!!! NOTE TO SELF: Separate at home!! That way it's just a matter of putting it in the correct barrel!!
