Great professional company. Paige has been deriving me to all my appointments and she is fantastic. Very courteous and excellent customer care. She even checks in the night before to ensure the pickup time is adequate and always communicates if weather will cause any potential delays so she leaves earlier so I am never late for anything!

Booked for 6 people to take to Logan and return pick up . Charged my credit card before it they even accommodated us . COVD hit and obviously we had to cancel . Never returned my phone calls or text messages . When I did speak with the son Joe he said he couldn’t refund me my money but had refunded other people that had pick up dates later in the months we were using him . First time we used him was not on time time and vehicle was very old .

Booked transportation with this company. Our flights were cancelled due to Covid-19 and they wouldn’t return our calls or give us a refund. My wife texted them and they tried to guilt trip her into letting them keep the money because “they had a family to feed”. I beg you to not waste your money. Difficult circumstances for sure but I was only looking to reschedule at first. That is called fraud.

I used Real Care Transportation along with my wife Gail to go in to the Mass General Hospital in Boston. We had a very nice young lady named Paige, who drove us right to the door, while the procedure my wife had took several hours. As soon as I notified Paige, she was right there waiting for us. Everything that day was stressful, except for the great service provided by Real Care Transportation and our driver Paige. She was courteous, respectful and a sweet young lady. Great service! I needed a limo last minute for a Dave Mathews concert in Mansfield, MA at the Xfinity Center. Even with a Luke Bryan concert going on at Gillette and most of the fleet was taken for that concert. Joe and the team made it happen and was able to get me a 6 passenger limo in a short amount of time. The driver was friendly and provided good service. I would definitely recommend using this company.

The service that we received from Real Care Transportation was terrible and so was their follow-up to correct the issue. We prepaid to have the company drive us from southern NH to Boston Logan airport. The driver never showed up - we found out he had driven to Logan instead of southern NH for the pickup. We were forced to drive into Boston during the morning rush hour and park in Central parking costing us $256 more than the car service. We just made our flight. A representative from the company stated that they would make things right by refunding our prepay and covering the extra costs of parking

Had pre-paid to get picked up at the airport but the car never showed. Was walking around in the cold with my pregnant wife asking all the limos if they were there for us. None of them were. Called multiple times with no answers then finally got a text back saying they had fallen asleep and forgot to book a driver. Was told if I wanted to wait an hour he would send a driver. UNREAL!!! I would recommend doing your business elsewhere

We used them to drive us to the airport and they were amazing. We're not car service people so we didn't know what to expect. But Byren was our driver and he made going to the airport fun and we all talked the whole time. They sent a limo, which when I initially set up the car we weren't expecting. A week later we called last second for a ride home from the airport, of course asking specifically for Byren. Frank got right back to me and we had a limo waiting when we got back and the ride home was more fun then the ride to the airport because we already loved byren.
