My computer died. Called Microsoft for support...that was a mistake. I stumbled upon Brian Girouard (New Start Computers) and he was able to provide the old fashion customer service that is hard to fine these days. This is very important to me. Most of us don't know much when it comes to fixing our computers ... and having someone in your contact list that gives good service and cares that your are satisfied....well that's a good thing.

After I called, Brian came and picked up the computer that day. Within a day or two he had diagnosed the problem, called me and got authorization to repair the computer. When it was completed he returned it to me. And when there was one little glitch in the program he picked it up again fixed it and returned it no charge this is the computer company I will use from now on
