I called this establishment because I saw that they had really good reviews on google- I didn’t know what I was asking for (i.e. an air conditioning recharge?) was even something that they did. The lady didn’t even hesitate to thank me for calling and direct me to the proper place for help providing not only the name of another establishment but also a phone number. Definitely the best customer service I’ve yet to encounter in Western South Dakota; although everyone in customer service I’ve encountered in the Northern Black Hills area outside of Deadwood has been super! I have been working with Curtis to get hail damage replaced, and he went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure I had a car to use after the 30 days of insurance coverage expired. I'm beyond impressed and will definitely make this my official body shop!

Excellent work, I figured there would be small blemishes left over from the pair (deep dent and scratch) but it looks new. They even repaired a small mark on my hood while they had it. 5/5, hopefully I'll never need them again, but I if I do I won't hesitate to choose Jake's.

Now I know why Jake’s Collision Repair has 5 star ratings on all their reviews!! Aaron’s professionalism is exceptional. The kindness and caring nature he showed my family and I was beyond words. I’m extremely grateful for his work to “patch up” my suburban after hitting a dear on the highway. Thanks to him we are back on the road to Yellowstone.
