Founding attorney Aaron Hartley was born in Kettering and has been an active member of the community for many years. He completed his undergraduate education in philosophy and business at Wright State University in Dayton.
Dayton Attorney Aaron Hartley was born, lives, and practices law in Kettering, Ohio. Aaron graduated from Wright State University, where he majored in Philosophy and minored in Business. Mr. Hartley received his Juris doctorate (J.D.) from the prestigious Indiana University, Maurer School of Law, where he was invited to join the Indiana Law Journal and served as an associate editor.
Timothy Saunders grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio. He lives and practices law around the greater Dayton Metropolitan area. Timothy graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a focus on Macroeconomics in 2015.

The #1 reason I hired Mr. Hartley's office was peace of mind. My case wasn't too complex on the surface, but all too often things slip through the cracks and before you know it, you lose your vantage point and get screwed in family court. This is especially true for single fathers like myself. Hence, I was not going take any chances and knew upon my initial consult - the only one I had - I would be prepared for the worst.

If you’re looking for a gladiator then you’ve found him! If you want a straight up lawyer that’s gonna tell you what you need to know then he is it. Aaron Hartley and his staff are never playing around when it comes to a case. I wish I had hired him years ago! He took a clusterf*** and fixed it quick. He gets results!

I hired Aaron and his team to help with custody arrangements for my children.
