We ordered a car to take my elderly mother to and from Sarasota airport. Both drivers were very professional, good conversationalists and were on time. Her flight out was departing very early and her flight home was landing very late, but the drivers were there, easy to spot. It was such a relief to know that she was in good hands. I have been a very happy, stress-free Prime Time customer since I moved to Sarasota five years ago. I give them my highest recommendation. We had a great experience with Team Primetime
The entire team at Primetime was very professional, on time and helpful. On our return trip we had a six hour delay. Team Primetime tracked it all the way and was at baggage claim at TPA when we arrived.
All vehicles used were / are always clean and well maintained.

This team knows how to do it! They’re very accommodating, punctual, flexible, and have great customer service! We didn’t plan well for my uncles 60th for transportation so i had to quickly go online to see if anyone could get us in and they did! They responded to the quote in less than 15mins! We had 50+ guests needing transportation from hotels to the wedding venue and Joe gave excellent advice and put our minds at ease.
The venue was difficult to maneuver a 55 passenger bus but he worked out a solution that made our guests feel comfortable.
Joe and his staff went above and beyond and we can't say enough about their professionalism and courtesy to our guests.

I just got married in July and Primetime Limousines came highly recommended by the other vendors that we used. I must say that they did not disappoint. The girl who answered the phone was knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything we agreed on in our contract was done to perfection. The driver helped me with everything, carried my bags, and made sure I was treated like a Princess.
The stretch limo that we had was black and had all the pretty lights and two bars that were filled with ice cold drinks and a bottle of champagne. This company was awesome.

The booking was done by the hour, and contracted for a full 7 hours in 1 day for an event 60 miles each way, with 4 stops with 14 people on board, including myself. It started at 4 pm and concluded at 11 pm.

Comfirmed limo ride via phone and email, credit card on file and received a text from driver 1 hr before pickup. Limo never showed up. After calling for explanation, I was informed they had the reservation but simply forgot. It was my wife's 40th birthday party, thanks for ruining it. Service fail, would never consider using again. I assume all the "celebrities" they claim to drive around are paid endorsements

Wow! What a great experience. I was looking for a stretch limo for a friend's milestone birthday as we were in town to celebrate. Primetime provided EXCELLENT customer service starting with Joe the owner. He was personable, informative and reassuring that everything would be perfect for this special night out on the town. Zoran, the driver, arrived 15 minutes before the set time and was incredibly gracious, client-focused and knowledgeable about where to go for the perfect sunset in between cocktails and dinner. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I hired Primetime to make sure my mom got home safely from her very late flight. After evacuating my mom to PA from FL (thanks to Irma), she was anxious to get back to assess the damage. I didn't want her going alone, but we could only get one plane ticket for a flight that arrived into SRQ at 11:17 pm. At that point, she still didn't have any power and I was concerned for her safety. I called the owner Joe and explained my situation. I asked if there was any way he would have a driver go into my mom's house with her and 'clear' the area to make sure there were no intruders
