Chris and his brother were very friendly and professional. They did great work at a very reasonable rate. I needed to replace my broken gates because of a pool in the backyard. They recommended a quick repair to save me money instead of replacing them. What contractor does that? They didn't try to upsell me at all.

In May, 2021, I had 3 different fence companies give me estimates for vinyl fencing at the rear of my property(110’) and the front two sides with two gates, one for landscaper mower, the other to connect with my neighbor’s. It was critical to have the side with the larger gate to be as close as possible to that other neighbor’s metal fence so that deer couldn’t squeeze through. Chris, the owner, drew a very detailed map of HOW this was to be accomplished. The other two companies had renderings that were a joke… with no adequate explanation of solving that issue. Great pricing and a great install. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Admiral Fence to remove my existing fence and install a post and rail replacement . I requested an estimate to have a fence install based on a recommendation. The owner of the company came out to access my property in order to provide me with an estimate. Their quote seemed to be higher than other quotes, but what sold me was that Chris was knowledgeable in regards to the material that I preferred to be used and was well versed in regards to the installation process. As a business owner in the service business for 11 plus years, I am a stickler for professionalism. I also realize that without the customer and referrals, there would be no business.

Horrible customer service!!! I just got off the phone with Joanne-the receptionist. After waiting 3 weeks for an estimate and after emailing and calling, I finally was told they had the estimate. No one notified me of this.
The first receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude the entire conversation. After reviewing the estimate, I called back and requested them to itemize it.
That receptionist passed me on to Joanne who told me that she did not want to redo the estimate to itemize it as I had asked and I should just tell my neighbor verbally the price of the item.

I used Admiral Fence on three separate occasions. They installed a cedar picket, cedar privacy and aluminum pool fence on my property. This is a company that stands behind its work. When I encountered a complicated permit issue with my town, Chris worked with me to propose a solution that was reasonable and took all my concerns into consideration. It has been a great experience working with Chris, Craig, Joanne and Antonia. Although the pandemic had everyone taking this time for home improvements, which put this crew in high demand. I must say that based on the amazing professionalism, the steady communication on schedule changes and updates, the punctuality and updates while working in these crazy cold temperatures truly made this a pleasant experience. I edited my previous review because even though I did have some minor issues when dealing with the company I have to say Chris, the owner, is absolutely professional and caring when it comes to his customers. I got a fence through admiral fence back in 2013. I went to sell my house 6 years later and found out they hadn't closed the fence permit out. unfortunately we failed inspection due to the fence being on town property. I am giving them 5 stars based on how they handled the situation. Chris the owner didn't give me a hard time at all. He came and checked the property line and although he didn't agree with the findings of the town inspector he moved my fence at $0 cost to me with no problems and didn't give me a hard time about it. I was very impressed with the work they did both on the day of installation and in getting permits and walking me through the process leading up to the installation. They were always responsive to calls / emails. I needed a fence installed asap and I called Admiral. Spoke to Joanne who set everything up. My wife and I met Chris and he was on point, very detailed with everything. Gave us recommendations based on our yard. The estimate was right in the ballpark figure so we went with them.
I was so happy we did as they did an absolute amazing job on my whole property and gates on my driveway and side of house. I have received so many compliments on my fence since the installation. Admiral was not the less expensive but their price were comparable. Update 2: the fence is now installed as of last friday. Joanne kept in contact with me throughout the process before the installation to let me know where we were with the permit, etc. Then Craig and crew came through as expected, calling when they were stuck in a bit of traffic just to let me know they were going to be slightly later. Everyone were terrific, professional, and kept me apprised of their progress and doings all day, which included pulling up old fencing (both wooden and chainlink), dealing with some random building garbage that were left from who knows when, and disposing of

This is the new entry way Admiral fence installed at the end of our driveway. We are so excited with how beautiful this turned out and the pergola here matches the pergola on the front of our house exactly as well as the light latte colored panels to our house siding. I can't say enough about this company. They were a pleasure to work with from the start to finish. It's a family run business and I can tell there is extreme pride in every aspect of the business. Joanne was a pleasure to speak to on the phone. She made the permits and finances completely streamline. Also, Joanne would actually pick up the phone every time I called. That is unheard of in today's world. I loved that.

Rude and unprofessional. They did not show up on the day they were supposed to and never called. When I called them and asked for an explanation, I was given a hostile response and then they hung up on me! … They also told me in the initial assessment that a permit was not needed, which was incorrect. I asked for clarification on this and was ignored. With all the other options out there, I can't recommend this company.
