I ordered my cabinets by uppers and lowers because of my time constraints and it was easy to do. Any problem with the web site was easily taken care of through customer service. Packaging was great! Quality of the wood was good as well! They were lacking instructions for each individual piece. We had to look online for videos or hope for the best. We did have a “toe kick” piece missing. Edited to say customer was very helpful and sending my part that missing! Do note it states you have 15 business days to see if anything is damaged or if anything is missing. It states this online

Ok, this is a mixed review.
First the good.
The cabinets we ordered are very nice, easy to put together and appear to be good quality. And honestly the price is great.
BUT, don't have a deadline.
We ordered cabinets for kitchen and baths. A total of 22 cabinets and assorted fillers etc.
All were in stock when ordered.
However, the following week I got a call saying 2 cabinets were back ordered. Luckily they were not integral to design, so if they were too late I would just cancel.
About a week later they arrived, but 4 cabinets were missing (and some fillers) and listed as back ordered

Exploring for cabinets without having to go to a physical store was a very convenient and pleasant experience through Prime Cabinetry. Although there were two other cabinetry websites that I visited, Prime Cabinetry was by far the most client friendly and affordable. My experience was outstanding through the design process because I was fortunate to have worked with Heather Cross. She was by far the most patient and understanding designer I encountered throughout the process. This online cabinet store is highly recommended on my behalf.

Overall, my experience with Prime Cabinetry was positive. Customer support was great and they were able to expedite my delivery to accommodate my schedule. Was happy to see that the cabinet pieces were 1/2 plywood (however there were some slightly warped pieces). All Hardware was included and assembly was straight forward (videos are very helpful). I noticed that some of the predrilled holes for the retaining clips were off slightly. Also I had some trouble trying to assemble the dovetail drawers -- I had to use a lot of force to engage the dovetail joints. Tapping together with a rubber mallet
